Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, you must send an email to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
